FEES: registration - U6 - thur U10 & women - $80 / U12 & up -$100 
$20 discount for additional players per family
uniform – U15 + $20 (shorts) / U18 & men + $30 (shorts & socks)

Uniforms Each player provides his/her own cleats & shin-guards
Shin guards & black socks may be purchased at registration or from The Shed for your convenience.
U6 - U12 – player provides black shorts & socks      U15 – XARA shorts purchased thru the club ($20)
U18 & men – XARA shorts & socks thru the club ($30 for both)

Games
Games will begin the weekend of Sat., 9/13. Predominately, the youth will play on Saturday and the adults on Sunday. (There may be a couple of vice-versa exceptions or an occasional weeknight.) 
We will play a ten week season, ending on 11/16. There are no tournaments scheduled at this point.

In supplying the information below and affixing my signature, I hereby allow the named player to be a member of the Bullets Soccer Club for the Fall ‘08 Season. I further authorize the
staff of JAA/BSC to act in my behalf according to their best judgment in case of any incident requiring medical treatment. I hereby waive and release this Club from any and all liability for
injuries incurred during the course of these activities. I further certify that participant is physically fit to participate.

All fees are due at the time of registration.
